What's the easiest/best way to grow hybrids? I've gone by so many guides, and no matter what I do, I can't get hybrids to grow. I'm lucky if I get one hybrid. Any hints would be awesome!

And how long does it take grass to grow (not doing the cheating way)? It's summer in my town, so I figured it would be faster now.

Any tips on either? Very Happy
